We provide high-end Paralegal Services, to wit: - Legal Research and Writing Services that are, in every relevant respect, equal to that of a competent Attorney.

We are, very much, a Lawyer-Quality Paralegal-Service.

Our primary Service is that of Litigation Support Services: Pleadings, Motions, Discovery, Trials, Post-Trial and Appeals, we can help you with all of these phases of the Litigation Process.

All Services in Contested Matters are priced and sold by the Hour.

For Premium Cases, which are ALL Cases concerning: - Administrative, Appellate, Criminal, Intellectual Property or Legal Malpractice Law; - the Premium Case Hourly Rate is $115.00 per Hour. --- The Hourly Rate for such Premium Cases, for Customers who Purchase and Use 10 full Hours of Paralegal time is $104.55 // Hr. (= $1150 // 11).

The Hourly Rate for non-Premium Paralegal Time is $90.00 per Hour. I offer an 11-for-10 deal, 11 Hours of Work for 10 Hours of Payment, for all Customers who Purchase and Use 10.0 full Hours of Paralegal time. This 11-for-10 Hours deal has the effect of lowering the Hourly Rate for Paralegal time to $81.82 // Hr. (= $900 // 11).

The 11-for-10 deal applies once you Purchase and Use 10 full Hours of Paralegal time, in aggregate, without respect to whether that time is Premium Paralegal-Writer time, non-Premium Paralegal time or some mix thereof.

We also provide a variety of Business and Document Preparation Services. All Prices quoted are the amount of money that you must pay to Document Doctor LLC. All Filing and other ancillary Fees are NOT included.

We will form a Corporation or LLC for you in New York or New Jersey (or any other State, including Delaware) for $795, exclusive of State Filing Fees. (LLC and Corporate Formations cost $128.50 in New Jersey and $200 in New York. $200 and $128.50 are the actual State Filing Fees in my two primary States. --- I do not mark-up the State Filing Fees, unlike most Incorporators, including most Lawyers.)

Deeds are $795. My $795 Fee does not include any of the County Clerk’s Recording Fees. --- (I do not suggest my Deed Service for Adversarial Purchases. My Deed Service is intended for intra-Family, Friend-to-Friend or other Non-Adversarial Conveyances of Real Property.)

Divorces are $795 for a full document set: all of the documents needed to obtain a simple Uncontested Divorce in New York or New Jersey. --- (Simple Divorces are those that do not require Financial Disclosure as needed to determine Child Support or the Distribution of Marital Property or Obligations.)

Evictions are $795 for a full document set: - all of the documents required to obtain an Eviction in the Courts of the States of New Jersey or New York.

Many Customers don’t really need my Research or Writing Services, but they do need the broad-and-wide body-of-knowledge that resides in my head, in order to help them form a coherent Litigation, Legal and//or Business Strategy. My minimum Fee for a Legal or Business Strategy is $795, against my Hourly-Rate.

All Legal Services Work is pre-Paid; and No Services are provided prior to Payment.

All payments for Hourly-Rate Work Purchase a set amount of Time; - which amount of Time is equal to the Amount-Paid Divided by the applicable Hourly-Rate.

There shall NEVER be any Conversion of Hourly-Rate Services (which specifically include ALL Services in ALL Contested Matters) to Fixed-Price Projects. [Should you choose to even ask to Convert a Work Assignment from Hourly Rate to Fixed-Price we may very well Decline to provide you additional Services, so seriously do we take this question.]

You can Purchase any amount of Time that you wish, but once that Time is used-up, the Work stops.

We recognize the lack of trust endemic to the Craig's List and Internet ecosystems. --- To address this, we Bill you every night or so for Work performed that day. --- This way, there are no surprises, for either us or you.

Please note that we NEVER provide any Legal Services to any person who is charged or convicted of any type of Sexual or Domestic Violence offense.

If you are unhappy with our Services, we do not require you to use some B.S. Arbitration Service to Sue us. --- You are welcome to take us to Court.

If you do choose to take us to Court, you Agree to Venue of any and all such Actions ONLY here in the County of Rockland, State of New York; - or, should you choose to take us to Federal Court, then you Agree to Venue SOLELY in the White Plains Courthouse of the Southern District of New York.

Further, you Agree to Sue us only for the amount of money that you have paid us for our Legal Services, and to neither seek nor accept any amount of damages in excess of the amount that you have paid to us.
